On Thursday, April 9, 2026, Vanguard Ophthalmology Society (VOS) members met with the J&J team during an advisory meeting to discuss the upcoming launch of the TECNIS PureSee IOL. During the session, participants gained valuable insights into the product and collaborated on strategies for a successful launch, including approaches to effectively educate surgical teams.

On Thursday, November 6, 2025, the Vanguard Ophthalmology Society (VOS) held its member meeting. Later that evening, VOS met with the BVI Medical team for dinner at Dante NYC. The discussion focused on upcoming launches, sharing valuable insights to help ensure their success.

VOS met with the Tarsus Therapeutics team to discuss strategies for educating doctors and office staff on available treatments, enhancing proactive understanding of scientific information, and emphasizing the importance of recognizing manifestations, co-morbidities, and symptom frequency in Demodex Blepharitis.

On Thursday, April 24, 2025, members of the Vanguard Ophthalmology Society (VOS) took part in an advisory session with Carl ZEISS Meditec, focusing on emerging technologies in diagnostic and surgical ophthalmology, as well as the evolving technological needs of clinics. Later that afternoon, VOS members joined Nordic Pharma Eye Care for a meet-and-greet reception, which included an engaging discussion on treatment options for dry eye disease.
